Session last Saturday  29/9 was at Chopwell woods. New venue for this winter.  The warm up was ok but it was difficult to find the way back if you do not know the area.  Next time we shall meet in the car park inside the woods and do the warm up/warm down on the flat area in the middle.  It was generally agree that the new session involved was tough but good.  We shall definately use this venue again.
